COLOSSAL/EXTRA-LARGE DUFFEL BAGSare NO longer permitted for shipment into Blue Star Camps due to the physical requirements & financial costs associated with managing these bags.

Recent 2024 tariff changes have made the shipment of Colossal or Extra-Large Bags extremely cost- prohibitive to Integrated Freight Logistics (ShiptoCamp), Blue Star Camps & our camper families.  As a direct result, any bag shipped through ShiptoCamp exceeding 120 dimensional inches can result in charges assessed to the camper family at an additional cost of $165.00 per bag, per leg.  

Dimensional inches are calculated as follows:

Length + Width + Height (when fully packed)

ACCEPTABLE BAGGAGE DIMENSIONS for transport to/from BLUE STAR CAMPS are: 36” x 16” x 16” up to 40” x 20” x 20” not exceeding 120 total dimensional inches and 50 lbs

Oversized baggage fees passed down by carrier to IFL/ShiptoCamp are the responsibility of the camper family and will be charged to a credit card on file only after all carrier invoicing has been reviewed & reconciled by IFL/ShiptoCamp management. 

NOTE: Credit card processing for any fees owed to IFL/ShiptoCamp may take up to 6-8 weeks after the end of your camp session to ensure all carrier billing has been fully reconciled.

For South Florida Residents Only, pickup is included with your baggage shipping costs.

For Residents Outside of South Florida, baggage can be picked up for an additional cost of $25 by the carrier or you may plan to drop baggage off at a local carrier facility no additional cost.

For South Florida Residents and Residents Outside of South Florida that require a special pickup of bags at camp due to early return home, there will be an additional $25 charge by the carrier.

I certify that all the information provided above is complete and accurate.

I understand that the acceptable baggage dimensions for transport to and from camp, are not to exceed 120 dimensional inches and a weight of 50 lbs when “FULLY PACKED”. I understand that any baggage shipped that exceeds such, can be considered colossal/x-large and may result in an oversize (OS) fee of $165.00, PLUS additional dimensional weight and surcharges per bag, per leg.

I understand that the initial cost per bag* to and from camp collected by IFL/ShiptoCamp does not cover any colossal or oversize fees plus the additional dimensional weight or surcharges passed down by our carrier, and therefore are the responsibility of the camper family. I understand that these charges will not be processed until they have been reviewed and reconciled by IFL/ShiptoCamp management which may take up to 6-8 weeks after the return of camp session.

* Cost per bag is based on State and Zone as listed on the Baggage Shipping Costs page.

I authorize Integrated Freight Logistics (IFL)/ShiptoCamp to reference the initial credit card, given to them at time of registration to be kept and remain in effect until Integrated Freight Logistics (IFL)/ShiptoCamp has reconciled all billing transactions pertaining to the shipment of my bag(s) to/from camp. I authorize Integrated Freight Logistics (IFL)/ShiptoCamp to collect any additional oversize baggage fees should such fees be incurred.
   
I authorize Integrated Freight Logistics (IFL)/ShiptoCamp to invoice me for any additional oversize baggage fees should such fees be incurred once the Integrated Freight Logistics (IFL)/ShiptoCamp Management has reconciled all billing transactions pertaining to the shipment of my bag(s) to/from camp.
