2024 Pick-up/Drop-off Schedule
(NOTE: Dates listed below are estimates only. You will receive
communication ahead of time, from our staff, with your pickup date)
Expected PICK-UP:
1st Session (June 17 - July 7):
Pick-up Wednesday 6/05 - Wednesday 6/12 (*Pickup dates vary by state)
2nd Session (July 8 – July 28):
Pick-ups Tuesday 6/25 – Tuesday 7/02 (*Pickup dates vary by state)
3rd Session (July 29 – August 18):
Pick-ups Wednesday 7/17 – Wednesday 7/24 (*Pickup dates vary by state)
Expected DROP-OFF:
1st Session (Program ends on 7/7):
Bags will leave camp on Monday 7/8
Bags should arrive between Thurs 7/11 and Thurs 7/18 (Delivery dates vary by state)
2nd session (Program ends on 7/28):
Bags will leave camp on Monday 7/29
Bags should arrive between Thurs 8/01 and Thurs 8/8 (Delivery dates vary by state)
3rd session (Program ends on 8/18):
Bags will leave camp on Monday 8/19
Bags should arrive between Thurs 8/22 and Thurs 8/29 (Delivery dates vary by state)
Note: All other zones will deliver back based on standard time in transit.
PICKUP
For each Session, a packet will be sent by mail containing your pickup schedule, approximately 2 weeks prior to your camp session start date. Your bags will be picked up by our carrier, directly at your home or office, at the date and time defined in the packet. This will be determined based on your location and time in transit with our carrier from your zip code to the camp. For Residential pickups, our carrier normally requires a 9am to 8pm open schedule to suit the needs of their drivers. Please note that there is a $25 pickup fee per family regardless of bag count.
If more convenient you can opt to drop off your baggage there at no additional cost. If you choose to drop off your bags, please make sure that your bags are labeled properly and notify Integrated Freight Logistics immediately so that we may accurately account for and track your bags accordingly.
RETURN
Baggage will leave on the first available shipping day after camp ends. Delivery dates will vary based on geographical service area and time in transit.
Please note, PICKUP & DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED due to weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseeable delays.
It is imperative that your bags are ready for pickup on the day of dispatch, unless prior arrangements have been made with IFL management. If you are not planning on being home, your bags MUST be left in a visible spot for pickup.
Following these simple instructions will expedite service provision for all Stagedoor Manor families.
