- Baggage picked up at "home" by our carrier costs $28 per family
- The $278 pickup charge is waived if baggage is dropped off at a local carrier facility
- Please note, any family requiring special return services “from camp” will be charged a $28 carrier pickup fee.
COLOSSAL/EXTRA-LARGE DUFFEL BAGS are NOT permitted for shipment into Stagedoor Manor due to the financial costs and physical requirements associated with managing these bags.
Recent 2026 tariff changes have made the shipment of Colossal or Extra-Large Bags extremely cost-prohibitive to Integrated Freight Logistics (ShiptoCamp), Stagedoor Manor and our camper families. As a direct result, any bag shipped through ShiptoCamp exceeding17,280 cubic inches will result in charges assessed to the camper family at an additional cost of $220 plus, per bag, per leg, depending on the shipping zone.
Cubic inches are calculated as follows:
Length x Width x Height = less than 17,280 (when fully packed)
ACCEPTABLE BAGGAGE DIMENSIONS for transport to/from Camp Barney are: 36” x 16” x 16” up to 40” x 20” x 20” not exceeding 17,280 total cubic inches and 50 lbs.
