Camp Baggage Shipping Service Registration Form

Families must immediately notify IFL of any changes or cancellation of service
prior to label creation, baggage pickup or shipment to avoid charges.

All bags will be rated accordingly based on carrier guidelines. Extra fees per bag will be applied based on actual "chargeable" dimensions defined by carrier when weighed and measured at the sort facility. This will also include a $220.00 oversize fee per bag, per service leg, for duffel bags exceeding 17,280 cubic inches.

Cubic inches are calculated as follows:

Length x Width x Height = less than 17,280 (when fully packed)

Oversized baggage fees passed down by common carriers to IFL/ShiptoCamp are the responsibility of the camper family and will be charged to a credit card on file only after all carrier invoicing has been reviewed & reconciled by IFL/Ship to Camp management. 

NOTE: Credit card processing for any fees owed to IFL/ShiptoCamp may take up to 6-8 weeks after the end of your camp session in order to ensure all carrier billing has been fully reconciled.

I certify that all the information provided above is complete and accurate.

I understand that the acceptable baggage dimensions for transport to and from camp, are not to exceed 17,280 cubic inches and a weight of 50 lbs when “FULLY PACKED”. I understand that any baggage shipped that exceeds such, will can be considered colossal/x-large and will result in an oversize (OS) fee of $220 PLUS in additional dimensional weight and surcharges per bag, per leg of trip.

I understand that the initial baggage *cost per bag to and from camp collected by IFL/ShiptoCamp does not cover any colossal or oversize fees plus the additional dimensional weight charges passed down by our carrier, and therefore are the responsibility of the camper family. I understand that these charges will not be processed until they have been reviewed and reconciled by IFL/ShiptoCamp management which may take up to 6-8 weeks after the return of camp session.

Corrugated Boxes WILL NOT be accepted for shipment by Ship To Camp or by Stagedoor Manor

 

 I authorize Integrated Freight Logistics (IFL)/ShiptoCamp to reference the credit card information given to them at time of registration, in order to charge the initial baggage fees for services. This credit card information is to be kept and remain in effect until Integrated Freight Logistics (IFL)/ShiptoCamp has reconciled all billing transactions pertaining to the shipment of my bag(s) to/from camp.
I authorize Integrated Freight Logistics (IFL)/ShiptoCamp to reference the credit card information given to them at time of registration, to collect any additional charges incurred, due to exceeding the size or weight requirements of my bag(s), once the Integrated Freight Logistics (IFL)/ShiptoCamp Management has reconciled all billing transactions pertaining to the shipment of my bag(s) to/from camp.
